Matador Eyewear Australia is covered under warranty to the original purchaser for 12 months for manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. Matador Eyewear Australia will assess each case and of determined to be defective, we will repair or replace it, at our option.

If a warranty claim is approved by Matador Eyewear Australia and the customer’s original frame model is no longer available at the time, the eyewear may be replaced with a model of equal value, as chosen by customer.

This 12 month manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, misuse, accidents, and other issues determined by Matador Eyewear Australia not to be a manufacturer’s defect. 

Matador Eyewear Australia will not cover any claims for eyewear purchased outside of sales directly through Matador Eyewear Australia and our Australian dealer network. A copy of the original purchase receipt must be supplied with the article at the time a claim is lodged. Have confidence in purchasing Matador Eyewear Australia through our dealer network or online store for full warranty coverage.
